Miracle Force 12 Letters...
Got the latest issue in the mail today and I immediately sat down to read it. I didn’t realize until after I was finished just how much I’ve missed Gilroid and company, and I’m really excited to hear you’re going to be cranking them out on a regular basis again! Another great issue with some great dialogue. Who knew that the Moss Minotaur would be a Sanka drinker? And the casual way in which Gilroid announces that Mossy’s got a brain tumor, that was hilarious. The thing I love the most about Miracle Force is that literally anything can happen, and this has got to be one of the most surreal cliffhangers I’ve ever read. My only critique, as a stickler for spelling, would be some of the spelling errors I caught, but minor minor complaint. It’s great to see you in top Miracle Force form, and I can’t wait to see next issue if it’s really true that no man is an island!!!!

Thanks Jason! I've always been plagued with spelling errors! I can't escape them. I swear I use a dictionary. My wife said she would check my stuff from now on. Ha ha...

The page I have up on the front page is one that Terry Flippo did on the new Miracle Force number 1. Terry has done an amazing job on this comic! I can't wait until everyone gets to see the entire book!

By my reckoning it's been just one year since MF 11 came out. One full year, your readers have had to suffer through without any new Jerry Smith genius/lunacy to brighten our days. I had, rather logically (If erroneously) assumed that you had burned out after publishing at such a frantic pace for the previous year and were taking a well deserved hiatus.
How wrong I was! How exciting it was to learn that you were using this time conspiring with one of Small Press's greatest talents, Terry Flippo, to make MF into a more marketable product. This would explain the death of Axel And Alex material of late, too. This is wonderful news, and now that you've announced this project to the world it's going to be the most eagerly awaited Small Press effort of the year.
On the subject of the long awaited 12th issue, you returned to the series without skipping a beat. Amp living in a cottage on a tumor in the Moss Minotaur's brain, then Shadow Beast transforming into an island, this is the kind of inspired bizarre-ness that we've come to expect from you. The word "Unexpected" is frequently used to describe the creative efforts of Small Pressers, but you elevate that concept to levels that's nothing short of amazing!
Once again David Hedgecocks front cover and your interior art combine to give us that distinctive, consistent look that is Miracle Force. Then theres that dynamite Flippo back cover teaser! Oh man, I can't wait!!
