Miracle Force 16 is a 16 page digest comic for $2.00. There's new and improved art work! I've included sample pages 1 and 2 to intrigue you. Where else are you going to read about villians with fan-hands? As an added bonus, this comic includes a big sweaty welder dude! It's organic!

Miracle Force 16 was yet another winner! There are not many books that can get me to laugh out loud, but MF is consistently one of them. Earth, Wind, and Fire! Great! And Diminutive Lass fighting with the fan-man about his comments on her weight and ending up on a date with him, Jerry, you are truly one of the kings of small press. You have a lifetime fan. These longer, digest-size stories are working out great, I hope you can keep up the admirable pace you’ve got going.

As to the Flippo/Smith Miracle Force relaunch, it is an absolute crime that no one was willing to give this book a chance. Who have you all submitted to so far? Terry’s style meshed perfectly with the stream-of-consciousness antics of the MF, and I’m very excited to hear that you guys are collaborating even more! Miracle Force is one of the best small press books out there, hands (and fins) down. You should get a letter-writing campaign going to get a publisher to pick you up, I would gladly contribute. Thanks for the books, Jerry, they were great as always!

Jerry,

Just got MF #16 in the mail...thanks for the freebie! :) It's good
stuff. Love the expressions on some of the characters' faces, and the
story's pretty good. You've got a PayPal account set up, right? If
you
do, I'll send you the $3 + S&H for first collection you mentioned in
the
inner cover notes.

As for your "one-man show", I put freebie mini comics in people's hands
at SPX -- and they handed them back. :/ Oh well. I've been doing a
ton of thinking lately about building audiences in the Internet age,
and
the conclusions that I've come to are definitely sobering (not as
sobering as if there was no Internet)...but such is the nature of the
game. And it's way too much fun to keep playing the game, no matter
what the results. :)

Love the issue, Jerry. Well done! The art keeps getting better and better.

When I can get my hands on the Flippo/Jerry special?

Cheers,
Dann

hi jerry
#16 is once again pretty bizarre, but i like bizarre.i missed that whole virus thing, i need to check my back issues to see what i have been missing, also if you are slower than once a month, do not worry. things do come up in life, this needs to be for fun or else you will burn out. i signed up for Space already.maybe I'll see you there. aaron

Hey, Jerry. Just got the comic in the mail. That was a great book!
Great writing, great art, great humor...it all worked really well, man.
:) Hats off to you and Terry (who happens to be only a swallow's
flight
away from my old home of Westminster, MD). I'll be looking forward to
picking up some more Miracle Force in the very near future. How far
along are you on issue 17, out of curiosity?
